Ramon (El Peanut) Romero Jr., 41 of Odessa, passed away on February 13, 2016 in Odessa, Texas.

Visitation will be held 9am - 9pm Thursday, February 18, 2016 with a Rosary at 7pm at Martinez Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held at 10am Friday, February 19, 2016 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Father Isidore officiating. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Martinez Funeral Home.

Ramon was born on July 4, 1974 in Odessa, Texas to Ramon and Elisa Romero. He went to Permian High School. He was a self-employed welder, a dedicated father and grandfather.
Ramon is preceded in death by grandparents Angel and Esperanza Castillo, grandfather Agustin Romero and grandson Joel Romero Jr.
Ramon is survived by his parents Ramon and Elisa Romero, children - Julian Romero, Joel (Jasmen) Romero, Joshua Romero and Ramon Romero III all of Odessa, sisters - Rosalba Romero, Esperanza (Arturo) Cervantes, brother - Angel Agustin (Juanita) Romero all of Odessa, grandchildren - Naveah Romero, Noah Romero, Nickolas Romero, numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Pallbearers will be Sons: Julian Romero, Joel Romero, Joshua Romero, Ramon Romero III, Brother - Angel Romero, Cousins - Adam Hill, Adian Hill and Best friend - Joel Hernandez.
