Ramona Madero Leon

Ramona Madero Leon, 79 of Odessa, Texas passed away on Saturday, August the 3rd, peacefully, at home.

Public viewing will commence Thursday, August 08, 2024, from 1:00PM to 9:00PM with a Rosary to be prayed at 7:00PM. Funeral Service will be held Friday, August 09, 2024, at 10:00AM at Saint Anthony's Catholic Church. Family will gather after service for fellowship at Saint Anthony's parish hall.

Ramona Madero Leon was born to Antonio and Erminia Madero in Odessa, Texas on March 31, 1945. She went and graduated at Ector High School in Odessa, Texas. She worked as a devoted RN as she had the privilege of serving with well know physicians in this town. She was a committed member at Saint Anthony's Catholic Church.

 Ramona is preceded in death by her mom and dad, Her brothers, Tony and Armando Madero, Sister Mary "Cuca" Madrid. Her ex-husband Rick Leon Sr., her daughter Sonya Marie Presley, her son Billy Garza.

 Ramona is survived by her daughter Rachel (Gus) Garcia sons: Ray Garza and Ricky (Ashley) Leon, her brother's and sister's: Emma Acosta, Sylvia (Jeff) Harris, Jesse Madero, Edia Madero, Beatriz Madero, Maggie (George) Gomez, Alonzo (Roxanna) Madero and Jose Luis (Selena) Madero. She is survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
