Robert Solais

Robert Solais, 78, of Odessa,Tx, passed away on March 1st 2025 at Medical Center Hospital. 

The visitation will be on Thursday March 6, 2025 from 1pm-9pm at Martinez Funeral Home. A Service Of Remembrance will be held at 10am on Friday March 7, 2025. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.

Robert Solais was born in Eagle Pass, Tx to Eloy Solais and Mary Hiller on September 9th 1946 and attended Eagle Pass High School. He married Yolanda Hernandez on August 20th 1980 in Laredo, Tx. He worked as a Restaurant manager/owner for Sonic, Whataburger, and Cracker Barrel for 50 years. He was a veteran of the Vietnam war and served in the Navy for 9 years. He enjoyed taking vacations, watching football, wrestling, and western movies.

Robert Solais is preceded in death by his Mother Mary Hiller and his Father Eloy Solais. 

Robert Solais is survived by his wife Yolanda Hernandez, his daughter Brandy Solais, his sons Robert D. Solais, William Solais, Bradley Solais, his brother Victor Hiller, his sister Gloria Bragg, his grandchildren Adrian Estrada, Jaiden and Elijah Vasquez, Robert D. Solais Jr., Briana Solais, William Solais, Ezekiel Solais, and his great-granddaughter Levyani Solais.
