Rolando Rosas

Rolando Landy Rosas was born in Odessa, Texas to Salvador Mancinas, Sr. & Sally Levario Lopez on September 3, 1980. Rolando was a devout fan of the Oklahoma Sooners. His passion was working on his truck. Above all, he loved his children with all of his heart and he loved being a father.

Rolando is preceded in death by his brothers, Baby Salvador and Ray Sauceda, Jr.; his uncles, Sammy Levario and Sonny Levario; and his paternal grandparents, Manuel and Maria De Los Angeles Mancinas.

Rolando was loved tremendously and will be missed by so many, his family most of all. He is survived by his children, Justin Rosas, Julian Soto and Janessa Soto; his father, Salvador Mancinas, Sr. and wife, Linda; his mother, Sally Levario Lopez and husband Cesar; his brothers, Anthony Rosas and wife, Annaleigh, Salvador Mancinas, Jr., and Joseph Reyes; his sisters, Erika Suzan Jurado and husband, Rafael and Stacie Mancinas and husband, Isac; 4 nieces and 7 nephews along with countless other family members and friends.

Pallbearers will be Carlos Segura, Jr., Joseph Reyes, Salvador Mancinas, Jr., Ryan Garza, Carlos Segura, Sr., Richard Hernandez, and Albert Hampton.

The family wishes to convey their gratitude for the outpouring of love, prayers, and support during this time.
