Rosa Belia Luper

Rosa Belia Luper 65, of Odessa passed away Saturday October 21,2023, at Covenant Medical Center Hospital in Lubbock. She was born December 17, 1957, to Celestino M Garcia and Leonor Ramirez in Sinton, TX. She graduated from Ector High School. She worked as a CMC Monitor tech for Medical Center Hospital 37 years.

Rosa Luper is preceded in death by her parents Celestino M and Leonor Garcia, Yvette Garcia Sotelo, Shawneequa White, and Alisha White.

Rosa Luper is survived by son Mark Taylor. Brother Celestino R Garcia Jr. (Florinda Garcia), sister RoseMary Bustamante (Lorenzo Sotelo) and Patricia Garcia.

Rosa also leaves to cherish her memory granddaughter Aislinn White and grandson Jalin White.    

Funeral services are set for 10AM Friday October 27, 2023, with a visitation following at 11AM to 2PM at Martinez Funeral Home Chapel. Deacon Alfonso Moreno will be officiating the service.

Memorials may be given to Martinez Funeral Home. The family of Rosa B. Luper wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Martinez Funeral Home, Eagles Lodge, Lubbock Covenant Hospital.

Cremation will be at a later date.
