Visitation Will be held Monday April 2, 2018 from 1pm - 9pm at Martinez Funeral Home in Odessa TX. A Rosary will be recited on Tuesday April 3,2018, 7pm at Martinez Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday April 3,2018, 1pm at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Odessa TX. Burial will follow Thursday April 5, 2018 at Jardines San Jose Panteon in Ojinaga, México.

Rosa was preceded in death by her Husband; Martin Rubio, Father; Anastacio Morales and Mother; Priciliana Florez.

Those left behind to cherish her memory, Daughters; Ines Rubio Sanchez, Gerarda Ortiz, Maria Baeza, Constancia Muniz, Bertha Pimentel, Dolores Rubio and Agripina Rubio. Sons; Guadalupe Rubio, Fernando Rubio, Renaldo Rubio Jes&uacutes Manuel Rubio. Numerous Grand children & Great Grand Children
