Sally Salgado Gomez, 61 of Odessa, Texas passed away peacefully at her home on January 7, 2022, in Odessa.

Viewing and Rosary will be Thursday January 13, 2022, 10:00AM – 9:00PM. Rosary at 7:00PM at Martinez Funeral Home. Mass will be Friday January 14, 2022, at 2:00PM with Father Chavez of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Arrangements are by Martinez Funeral Home.

Sally was born in Odessa, Texas to Thomas and Rosie Salgado on February 10, 1960. She graduated from Ector High School in 1978. She was a great cook, that was her passion. She loved doing community service and helping people. She loved music, Oldies were her favorite. She was a very outgoing person and had many friends. Her grandbabies were her world. Those who got the chance to meet her knew she was a tough one but no matter what if you needed her, she was there. She will definitely be missed by many.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Rosie Salgado and Siblings, Hector Salgado, Juan Salgado, and Sylvia Salgado.

Sally is Survived by her children; Christie Gomez (Husband) Jose Miramontes, Louie Gomez, Christopher Salgado, John Gomez (Wife) Jennifer Villareal. 5 Grandchildren; Isaiah, Leilah, LJ, Jionni and J’ream. Her brothers and sisters; Nellie, Betty, Anna, Rosalinda, Lillie, Thomas, Henry, and Alfredo Salgado. Several Nieces, Nephews and Friends.
