Steven Brown

Steven Edward Brown (Lilly) the son of George and Lillian Brown of Odessa, Texas. Was born July 14,1965. Went home to be with the Lord March 9,2018, He died at Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Irving Texas.
He was married to Linda M. Brown. They had two children, Mercedes Brown one Stepson, Lathrill Matthews, and one grandchild Kali E. Lewis. He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife and two children and one grandbaby.
He also leaves to mourn his passing, his father, George E. Brown and mother, Lillian E. Modkins Brown. Two brothers Kevin D. Brown and wife Marie Brown of Arlington, Texas. Two children Kassandra E. Brown of Fort Worth, Texas & Darnel Coleman of California and one son Isaiah Clark who passed away. Also, his baby brother Robert L. Brown and wife Christina M. Brown of Arlington Texas, and three children, Kristin Brown Betts and Husband Wayne Betts of Arlington Texas. Also, Breana Brown and Peter Bosey Jr. and one child, Rena J. Bosey of Arlington Texas. Kendra Brown Jackson and husband Rustin Jackson and one child. Keegan O. Jackson of Arlington Texas and a host of uncles, aunts and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, George Brown and Pinkie Brown along with Minnie Ella Hallcy and McCoy Modkins. Several aunts and uncles.
Steven was baptized into Christ at the Texas and Clements church of Christ by Minister L.C. Hurd and was a member of the Church of Christ. Steven and his two brothers, Kevin and Robert were taught all 66 books of the Bible and sang in their little gospel group. This was Steven Foundation along with his brothers.
Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, March 16, 2018 at Martinez Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 am. Officiated by Minister George E. Brown. Steven will be laid to rest in a private ceremony.
