Valentin Vejar

Surrounded by his loving family Valentin Vejar passed away on July 13,2018 in Odessa TX.

Visitation will be held on Sunday July 15,2018 from 4pm - 9pm & Monday July 16, 2018 9am-9pm with a Rosary to be recited Monday at 7pm. At Martinez Funeral Home.

Funeral Mass for Valentin will be held on Tuesday July 17,2018 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church at 10am in Odessa.

Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery Odessa II Section.

He was Born in Chihuahua, Mexico to Pedro and Porfiria Vejar on February 14, 1959. Owner operator under his own Company Vejar Trucking. Valentin, loved being a truck driver. His Passion was to travel, he loved to dance and play his guitar. Valentin Was High Spirited and very comical, always joking and laughing with friends and family. He had a huge heart and helped everybody. Everybody that met Valentin, Fell in love with him. His family was his life. He will be greatly missed, but forever in our hearts.

Valentin is preceded in death by Pedro Vejar(father), Petra Vejar-Hernandez(sister), Pedro Vejar(brother), Rosendo Vejar(brother), Raquel Vejar(sister), Rosaelva Vejar(sister), Geranimo Vejar(brother)

Valentin is survived by Blanca Levario(Common Law), Luis Vejar(son), James Vejar(son), Michelle Young(Daughter), Porfiria Vejar-Villescas(Mother), Luis Vejar Jr(grandson), Richard Vejar(grandson), Alicia Zamora(sister), Dolores Alfaro(sister), Rosario Vejar(sister), Carlos Vejar(brother), Rito Vejar(brother) and Gregorio Vejar(brother).

Pallbearers: Juan Zamora Jr, Rick Salinas, Mario Alfaro Jr., Rito Vejar, Gregorio Vejar, Lazaro Vejar.

Memorials may be given to star Star Hospice and the family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Star Hospice and MCH 5th floor Nurses and staff.
